I want to create two mega menu with two different postilion. One is running successful but other is not.

@amitk: By default on each T3 template, we just support to display one Mega Menu on its header or mainnav block that contains the parameters used to adopt the Mega Menu settings inside Template Manager.

In fact, your 2nd navigation is just loading the css styles of real Mega menu only, not the effect/animation/dropwdown settings. That is why this 2nd menu does not reflect the same effects like our Mega Menu.

In this case, we would suggest you use the Menu module at ja-topbar block to display the menu item links rather than trying to duplicate our Mega Menu.
