Open templates/ja_directory/html/com_k2/directory/item.php file

find and change

https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp

to

//maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&key=yourAPIkey

As i said i fixed it already
