@luis_aristizabal,

This requires knowledge in JS to customize JA Appolio to have that smooth scroll in JA Onepage template. If you’ve already download package of JA Onepage template, try to look how we configure it and check JS code then customize it yourself. This is complicated process and I’m sorry for not being of much help here.
