Greetings, I have searched everywhere and I can’t find where we can change the default browser title from the index page "Responsive Joomla template for Creative Business"…It works fine on all internal pages, it’s just an issue on the index.

Hi
You can change the browser page title from the menu options . Open Menu > Main Menu > Home > Page display > Browser page title , Change it with your title or remove it .
