    I’m running the JA Rave demo install, and the JA Tabs module has hard-coded values in the HTML module for popular and latest posts. Is there code I can use to pull live data/links into there with roughly similar formatting?

    You can see it in the site here, http://tofino.directrouter.com/~microvat; however, this is standard from the demo install you can see it in any site. Would like like to pull live data into there.

    Thanks,

    PS: Let me know if this should be posted in JA Tabs forum instead, I wasn’t sure.

    Hi,
    – I don’t know what you mean? What is live data?
    – JA Tabs is plugin. To use it, you create HTML module and set output html. Example for quickstart

    {jatabs type="modules" animType="animNone" style="rave" position="top" widthTabs="120" heightTabs="40" width="100%" height="auto" mouseType="click" duration="1000" colors="10" module="ja-tabs" }{/jatabs}

    – This code use modules that has ja-tabs position to create tab, and use their name’s module to name tabs

    Thanks. I’m using the JA Rave demo on Joomla 1.6 and the functionality you describe is already working. The issue is that it does not actually show the most popular items in “popular items,” just a fixed list that is being output from popular post HTML — I would to query the database so the output from that HTML modules shows the actual most popular items at any given time. Attached screenshot will explain this better.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Hi,
    You could create new modules that have type is Most Read Content/Lastest News, and set their position is ja-tab
