i am making change of my website’s content using firefox but when checking on IE 7 it shows some html code?
such as :
<!—-> my text here … .<!—->

any idea what is the problem?

You’re copy & pasting from MS Word. This is a definite no-no. You can configure word not to add all the junk to the clipboard (use google to find out how) but the easiest way is to copy and paste to Notepad and then copy and paste again to Joomla. Of course you will lose all formatting doing it this way.
