you see the title appears twice in the template home page source code, the other experts say its the template. any ideas?

It must be generated by a mod you have installed. What are you using for your SEF url’s?

I doubt its anything JA did.

From what I’ve read it’s harmless and some even recommend it.

Well I don’t think it will boost it but I don’t think it will harm it either. But I’m no expert in these matters TBH.

According to this list http://www.artio.net/en/joomsef/artio-joomsef-extensions JA News is not supported by ArtioSEF
