    Hello …
We want to use html-tags to formatting the e-mails.
When i save an email-template the html-tags are away… they are filtered.

The “send html e-mail” setting is set to yes in system configuration/e-mail-settings.

Where do i turn off filtering?

    Best regards

    Dear ipnsoftware,

What’s editor (JCE/TinyMCE/No) you are using to edit email content?
Try to turn off filtering and check the editor to solve the problem.

    Hello …

When i edit the email template there is no editor. its a plain textarea…

I still tried all editors are installed (tiny mce, JCE) … always the same result.

I think its a problem in the save routine…

    Best Regards

Can you please post the solution if there was any?

I’m having the same problem: when I edit an email template, there is no editor to format the message field. When I put html-encoding in there, it gets cleaned up after saving. Result: all generated email messages show their body text as one continuing line. No (line) breaks, paragraphs or what so ever.

    Thanks, I’ll appreciate it
