    So, after installing the JA Teline IV qucikstart i got the error that’s in the topic title. After changing template error is gone…

    Got PHP 5.3.3 and newest Apache/MySQL.

    In this case you can try to switch back to php 5.2.x version,if that still not help provide me your url,admin account as well as FTP Info via the ticket of DOB-642-12467 for further checking

    You have to check two things:
    First your file chmod set up folder to 755 and file to 644
    second thing to check is your htaccess file
    it works for me and should work for you

    Most 500 error by .htaccess! Check it now! :laugh:
