Hi,
I installed the teline III v2 latest quickstart.
All ok for the install.
Admin all ok
Front http-error 500 on frontpage
Is it possible that sombody can help me out please.
When i change the template like milkyway all is ok.Netscype Gino
Website linkOn PC with xampp all ok

October 20, 2010 at 8:47 pm #359746500 errors are usually server related. You will need to check the servers error logs to find out what happened.
What version of PHP is your server running?

PHP 5
Everybody is always quick on the server problem.
Everithing is working on my server, just problem with teline.
I think it is something with the sample data
When i install a other quickstart template i have no problem. But like always it is only a problem with the one you want.

Can not read the logs, or i am looking in the wrong places.

Thank you for the info, but the problem is not the server because i installed a other joomla template and all works well. And so if a other teplate works and i dont have a 500 error what is the diference.
BTW if i install Teline III v1, it dos not install the sample data.

October 21, 2010 at 5:29 pm #359886Because different templates use different features it is not always possible to sy that it isn’t the server. For instance, template a might not use GD to resize images but template B does. That is why you need to look at the server error logs to find out what is the problem. Without that information it is impossible to tell what is going wrong.

October 21, 2010 at 6:57 pm #359906You will have to speak to your host. Give them as much information as you can and an exact time that you create the error. It makes it easier to find the specific log.
