Hello;

I bought the component but it don’t work.
I have an error 500 when validate the filter module…
The menu link i created also gives a HTTP ERROR 500 blank page.

Can you help?

Hi,

You use another Filter on your site, named System – Sj K2 Filter, it also use class K2ModelItemlist and caused the error 500 as you saw. I have disabled this plugin you can check on your site.

Now JA K2 Filter work fine on your site, just need some changes on Layout, it will look nice.
