    Hi

    I paid for the Humble Bundle yesterday but did not receive the coupon email. I believe it is my fault as to why this happened.

    Reason: I have two accounts, and I signed in with the wrong account (with my Roboform password manager) which has a discontinued email address.

    I would like to have the coupon resent as I have now updated the email address.

    Also, can I have the accounts combined to one?

    My other account has (1) old membership (2) JA Wall purchase (3) Humble Bundle

    This account has current membership.

    Ideally, I could keep this account, and have all the above moved over.

    Hi,

    The office is closed right now, so will ask the humblebundle girls to get back to you, no worries we will resolve the issue.

    Regarding merging the multiple accounts, yes that is possible please raise a support ticket confirming the accounts you have and the one you would like to continue, the team will verify the accounts and merge them for you.

    Hi,

    I have checked your account and the email is used for this account is “roxxxx@xxxxx.com”.
    Apparently this is also the email used for bundle purchase. I have resent the notification email with coupon code to this email address.
    Please check both your mail box and spam folder.

    I have received the coupon and will extend my membership. I will also open ticket and have the accounts merged.
