The header is divided into two parts in Teline V , Left side logo and in the right side you can see the modules .
Could u give me a mockup how you would like to display the logo in the center ?

To add black background colour you can add below code in custom.css file

.t3-header {
    background: #000;
}

If there is no custom.css file , kindly create it

Kindly post your working site URL here , I will take a look on it .
Also, make sure the CSS code is only to make the header background colour to black .

Can u fix this error

The custom.css file is not loaded , also site admin panel redirect me to the main domain .
Could u fix the issue , so i can take a look on your site .
I am unable to login on your site and same in custom.css file URL . it redirect me to the Main Domain URL .
