Hi Guys, I have tried to change the favicon in the file manager of my hosting account and get the following error message

Error: 0 communication failure There was a problem fetching the files information: undefined

What would be causing this? I have attached the file.

Hi
If you are not able to upload files in server You should contact to your hosting providers that they can look in this issue.
