I am trying to upload and install templet ja_teline_iv_joomla_2.5, but unable to do this, I am getting an error, I just checked with my hosting company as well, everything is OK form their side.

Please help, I just registered as Standered member.

Hi

What are you trying to upload ? if you want to install the template only on a Joomla preinstalled website than you need to use the extension manager component and install the file through Joomla.

If you instead want to install the quickstart package then this guide could help

I am trying to install the template only on a joomla preinstalled website, downloaded from your site. it give this error.
I am getting below error while uploading Extension in JOOMLA,Please let me know the reason.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I checked with my hosting company, they say, everything is OK from their side,

Hi

I installed the Ja_Teline_IV Template from Joomla Exension Manager without problems

as you can see now is the default template of your website
Please use settings as described in THIS GUIDE to make changes to your modules and positions

Sorry but i cannot say which was the error, since i haven’t found any error on the procedure

Again i installed the template file from Joomla Extension Manager ( This is the Joomla correct procedure ) and it worked like a charm.
