I bought Ja Wall with a discount code, using Paypal.
No discount is made. I am a member of Joomlart.

If I understand well the price is $ 49 without the discount.
But paying with Paypal has not discounted anything.

If I misunderstood, please someone explain it to me.

I, as a member, I pay $ 49 or less?

That’s kind of strange.

You’re a current member of JATC Club, that means you are eligible with the 40% OFF discount for JA Wall Pre-Order Program. Probably something just went wrong at the check-out counter.

Hi Aratype,

Did you try to log-in before sign-up?
After log-in you can go to http://go.joomlart.com/wally40 under there, you’ll probably see JA Wall with discount price. Proceed by clicking on Buy Now, it would re-direct you to payment gateway.

Hi Pagefactory,

Yup, you have successfully paid for JA Wall, but haven’t been able to downloaded as JA Wall is in its Pre-Order period, where you can benefit by getting it at an discount rate before it’s actually launch which is on May 17th.

The download will be officially open on May 17th, mate!

thx for your reply, but now it is 17th about 10.25 , you give me a reminder by newsletter, so I want to download the JA_Wall now but the system gives the page “not a member yet” , I am logged in and in memberarea, I ask myself what I am doing wrong or what’s up with the system. Can you tell me ?

I bought the Ja_Wall Bundle for $49, then became a JATC member. I understand about the time remaining before I can dowload the ‘Wall!’ It”s kinda exciting. But, can you tell me why my membership is not accepted when I try to download other templates?

Hello hotandmobile,
One possible reason might be that you have joined JA’s Drupal club instead of the Joomla! club. 🙂

If that is the case, I suggest you go to the bottom of this page and use the contact form under the Getting help menu to send a private message to the Joomlart staff as soon as possible. I am sure they will sort things out for you.
