ja_community_plus my template installed, all modules, components and plugins also T3 System JA plugin, but when I go to the template and want to make a change in the profile for example, does absolutely nothing in the bottom of the browser I get a alert for the following errors:

Hi katyarmenta,

Could you provide more info on what browser you are using? your joomla version? have you updated to the latest version of jat3 plugin and ja community plus template?

And since the error occurs in backend you should provide user/pass in you support ticket, so I can login and see it by myself.

I usually use the IE8.0 but still using Firefox, I can not do anything in the template. I’ve noticed that when I edit the template take long. My website is: http://www.mi-salud.com.mx

whats wrong with your url http://www.my-salud.com.mx? it does not exist.
And with http://misalud.mx, I can not login using user/pass you provide.
Plz check.

Dear katyarmenta,

I tested with firefox and IE, the template admin run smoothly without any errrors. Maybe that is the result of slow connection, your browser did not fetch all the files yet.Just try to refresh page and try again.
