Today I want try install a new site step by step and not use quickstart file, and I have a problem.

When I install theme file from menu extensions-> module manager-> Upload Package File, and when I choose themem file and choose “Upload and Install”. there is a error message: There was an error uploading this file to the server.

But any other modules or plugins that with theme package is install successfully. like T3 or mod_jatwitter, etc.

was there anything I missed or wrong ?

I don’t know how to fix this issue, this is my first time install joomlart theme not use quickstart.:((

Hi astrostrong,

Most often this issue is caused by the server settings for ‘upload_max_filesize‘ not being set high enough to allow uploading of the template with the Joomla installer.

You can check your system information by going to your Super admin -> Site -> System Information -> PHP information and use the browser search (command-f) to search for upload_max and check that it’s set to a value which greater that our JA Argo template package (just 2.45MB) to allow the template to be uploaded and installed.

If it is not set high enough, your hosting provider should be able to help you change the setting.
