    hi, Today I tried to access the forum for JA Healthcare template, which URL is:

    https://www.joomlart.com/forums/forum/joomla-templates-club-member-forums-restricted-to-members-only/ja-healthcare/

    But when I visit that forum as a logged-in user, your website returned message saying I have no permission to access it.

    I checked my subscription history, it seems that my "JA Developer" subscription is still active.

    Could you please check this and correct it for me?

    Hello,

    Your JA Developer subscription is still active at the moment, you should be able to access all forums including JA Healthcare forum just fine. This is likely a browser cache problem, please try to clear your current browser’s cache & cookies, then login to Joomlart.com again, it should help.

    Let me know if the problem persists.
