Hello,

I have changed the page title in Parameters (System) but the title is still “Welcome to the Frontpage”!

Can someone please help me?

In Administrator, please go to Menus -> mainmenu, click Home link to edit this menu.After that, you will see Parameters, select Show Page Title to No, save changes.

please don’t leave your admin details on display

I have done that but “Welcome to the Frontpage” is still displayed !?

have you edited the Welcome to homepage in the Menu section?

have you cleared your caches

The problem was that Joomla was installed in German.
I have translated the title with JoomFish and now it works 😀
