    I can not download any file appears the error message 404 below.

    Not Found

    The requested URL /dl2/dl.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Welcome to the club. There’s a thread already on this. I’ll save you the time, no response from the devs, so no idea when it will be fixed.

    NOPE. i have been trying (and following instructions to wait 2 minutes) to download files that i paid for and i simply cannot get them. i have tried clearing my cache, clearing cookies, different browsers, but i always get a different error message – one that’s infuriating is that i am “already downloading” the file when clearly i am not. i checked the Downloads and nothing is there! :(( having a secure site is great, but isn’t this overkill?

    i have been a faithful customer since 2007 and not sure i stand what has happened to my beloved JA!

    Same issue today. Can’t download templates/framework. “The connection to downloads.joomlart.com was interrupted” Tried multiple times.

    This is rediculous. Been trying to download a template since yesterday!!!!!

    Total lost working hours: 8! thats 8x 40 euro;s. do the math.

    I need this template fast!!! as in yesterday!

    Really bad support from Joomlarts end too!!!!!

    I received an email stating that i hada free account and that i could still login. made it sound like i had received a “free” account which would let me download stuff. not the case. they wanted me to buy another membership when my membership is still active from what i previously purchased almost a year ago 🙁

    Hi guys,

    We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences of this recent server downtime we had for the past couple of days. It was totally unexpected and out of our control. We have worked out a back-up plan to prevent such happen in the future. As some of you guys here with us for quite a while now probably will never had experienced such before, we hope you guys can understand the difficulties we have confronted and did try our best to work this out.

    Our support system and email service were down as well along with other related services from JoomlArt.com. We did go through quite a bit of a tough time and we’re glad that this has finally got sorted out. Everything is back and running again. Hope this bothersome didn’t upset you guys too much.

    We highly appreciate all you guys’ patience as well, and again, we apologize for all those mess happened lately.

    We would like to apologize for this mis-leading email we have sent out. Our email server has confronted a downtime as well, hence you and probably few other customers are receiving a totally mis-leading email. We’re sorry for such hassle and hope that you would not mind.
