After I installed Ja_Lens all my Joomla sites are having the same error … :((

as I supposed in the other Thread, i am not the only one with this problem. Ok Update-Information from me (sorry for my bad englisch – i speak German – i hope you Guys understand me):
I try a lot: I installed the Quickstartpackeg with JA Lens from different Web-FTP-Clients and at the last from FileZilla also! But it makes no differnt, always the 500 Error Message. Also with the rights, the Perm. if i do everything on 777..it still doesnt work.
Now; I try differnt Browsers; IE, Firefox and Opera and here there are some little differents (maybe that help us to fix the problem): In Opere i can open some things, and the Error Message dont come, but i cant active some buttons (like “new Article”…) so i also cant work here. Also in IE and Firefox, i always delete the cache / the chronik and sometimes after that i can work a little bit without the 500 Error Message – but than after few minutes – the Message comes allways aggain, thats really strange!
So i called with a lot of Technic-Guys from my Domainfirm. The Message 500 Error has normally something to do with Time/Outs (so the put my personal Time Out from 60MB to 128MB and for few Seconds to 500MB(!) but it still doesnt work! And they say thats why there is to read under “500 Error” – “Layout g is not found”, so it simes there is missing some Data File oder something in a Data File…! I have no problems / 500 Error Messanges” with other Quickstartpackages oder Templates from Joomlart as i have it with the new Template Lens. So i think the Problem has nothing to do with the Internet Browser, with Timouts, or with Permissions, its somethin wrong in the Quickstartpackage. Maybe i try to install just joomla and than i install the Lens Template by his owne…
Hope somebody can help me and the other Guys who has this Problem, cause the new Template looks very Good! And i want to use it also..;o)pedrox Friendpedrox

you can expect your issues to repeat it self very soon is all i can say. Most probably without you knowing it
@ seeeule83, this is definitely an issue with source. The reason some browsers some browser is having more problem than other is related to cookies dealing, especially in chrome. When you have issues on front end, clear cookies and you will see it will fix, temp.
Same if your installing into sub dir. Installing this template into any sub dir, will break all joomla sites on your local chrome in same domain and all ip based ones as well (latest patch released in last 24 hour), until cookies are cleared.
its a nice template, hopefully joomlart recognize this issue and address quickly as its very much beta right now
i can update with further findings

But if i open a new Tab (“Reiter” in German) and if i go to the Frontend, i cant work any more in the Backend, because i get the 500 Error Message aggain…its allways the same…very mysterious
To Hung Dinh: I have a older PHP version but in the last few minutes I simulate it with a 5.3.2 PHP Version and it doesnt work also, so my problem has nothing to do with the PHP Version.
I cant understand the thing with the Frontend and Backend – as write on the Beginning on this Post…why i cant work in my Backend when i go to my Frontend?
Hope we get some Help sone…i dont know what i can do any more…

yes this i tell you exactly. The problem is in the source, i think ive developed solution but stable it is not. hopefully the dev realises issue and fix very soon. I keep u posted on more finding.
today i also build some 3 custom template on blank jat3 framework (which is very good) (1.5) only to find, major issue in quickstart sources from joomlrt. the quick start completely for blank t3 completely forget to add (10, ‘users’, 1, ‘Users’, 0) to jos_core_acl_aro_sections, meaninging when user is added in joomla, they cannot appear in user manager at all. so must manually run INSERT INTO `jos_core_acl_aro_sections` VALUES(10, ‘users’, 1, ‘Users’, 0);
Hung, i know its older version 1.5 and possible u not support anymore but since the blank t3 have this major bug why it cannot be fixed, since its ezy and the frameworks is very excellent ?

I asked for help to my host, but that was not enough. So I did it …
Clear your cookies, use a program like CCleaner to clear all history, and restart Windows

unfortunately, the problem is confusing because it is unstable. There are a few seconds, I could edit modules (etc.), but not now …It seems to me that the quickstart of Ja_Lens is causing this problem on all my Joomla sites
I’ll uninstall Ja_Lens

i told u must be carefull, yes its definitely broken all site in that account. u must contact your host or if you have your own server ssh in and and remove all recent /tmp file from root for that user for the lens quickstart. This will fix issue with other sites
install fresh joomla 2.5 and only lens template, not quickstart = no problem. lens quick start is broken
