Hello! I am having a problem. For years I have installed the JA NEX template, and this year I decided to update their modules and the frame. I have managed to upgrade almost all components, except a few.

For example, I can not update JA News Pro Module for J25 & J3X, I downloaded the plugin and get the following error when I try to update it (attached screenshot).

The actualziar other applications and the core of JA, has given me the result that the module JA News Pro Module malfunction.

I have 2 problems with the module:

• Cut-outs of the images are not done correctly.
• If I have two pictures in an article, take the second module in order descdendente, not the principal.

What can I do? Thank you very much.

Hi there

The error are you receiving is not related to the template or the module itself , it is more related to your php settings

As alternative solution you can use the Ja Extension manager component to update Joomlart extensions
