    Hello,

    I registered this morning for a 1-year membership. My account has already been debited, according to the checkout confirmation.

    I cannot access the download feature. I logged out and loggged in as suggested but it doe nto work. I already a message through “Contact Us”, got an automated response, but until now, I have not gotten any actual response to resolve the matter.

    It has also been noted in my account that my membership expires on 3 August 2008 when I logged in through the member site. I am going in circle with my attempt to download through the membersh site.

    I click on the member download link, I get shown the available templates for paying members, I click on the download link for the specific template I want — it goes back to the top (back to the promo part, but no download has transpired. I logged in and logged out several times, in the members section.

    Are any of the staff participating in the discussions?

    Hmm… Finally, it is working. Maybe just a time lag, or something. So, consider this SOLVED. Now, I just have to ensure it uploads properly. I hope it is as clearcut as Joomla.
