I do not understand why it means about how to put the GOOGLE MAP IN,

Has this been installed as I paid for your installation.

I did pay for premium servcies for chigongconference.com too
but its not inserted as premium ticket. I will write them now.

I did not found any attached image in your post . Kindly provide the problem description and screenshot .
If you are talking about JA Google map plugin . Here is doc for how to use it on site .
