Hi,
When I try to install a plugin or a component or anything else, I receive this message:
“Warning! Failed to move file.” in red
and below in black: “Unable to find install package”May be the problem doesn’t come from the Corona Template. Do you have an idea how to fix this?
I installed the template through ftp, but the components and modules and plugins, I cannot install them through ftp: Joomla does’nt recognize them. I need the installer to work properly.I am using the last version : J1.5.7
Thank you for replying as soon as possible. It’s very important for me.
Eliah

September 26, 2008 at 10:19 am #272453You mean 777. I did it even to the modules folder into the admin folder and the problem remains the same.

September 26, 2008 at 10:33 am #272456hmm. That is prolem of Joomla, do you post it on Joomla forum ?
September 26, 2008 at 10:37 am #272458Not yet. Do you think it comes from this last release of Joomla? My brother told me that the 1.5.6 version is more stable and without bugs.
Is there even one probability that this problem come from the server configuration where the Joomla files are hosted?
I wll post this thread to the joomla forum anyway.
Thank you. -
