December 29, 2011 at 5:24 pm #172255Hello There!
I am using JA Slideshow Module on JA Minisite template. I can’t use more than one copy of the JA Slideshow. When I duplicate the module, every change I make in the copy, which has a different name and is published in another position, the original changes also its properties. I created a new JA Slideshow and it came out with defaults settings (the figures are smaller than in the original). When I published it in a different position the original lost the pictures and description. I trashed the new module, change the size of the pictures to their original values and now you can see the pictures but without the description.
Is there any way to create copies of the JA Slideshow module? How can I get the descriptions back in the original module? I made changes on the template setting following suggestions given to other colleagues in this Forum but the problem persists.

February 23, 2012 at 12:48 am #439558I have this same problem. When I duplicate the module, every change I make in the copy (which has a different name and is published in another position), also changes the properties of the original. I’m using Joomla 1.7 with the JA Rave template.

February 23, 2012 at 3:49 am #439572Another suggestion – if I may – would be to utilize our DEMO BUILDER as a tool to cross-check the configurations of our demo version with those of your own template/site.
