I`m member of joomla and i can download templates, but it’s not working.

I downloaded all ja-teline versions but non of them is working. WHY ?

Can anyone tell me how or give me a link wich i can whatch any tutorial.

Ok now i learned to install thanks to myself, but i need to increase upload size because i cant upload ja-teline quckstart!

how get bigger that size ?
