what can i do for this?

Upload component – Upload Error
Failed to move uploaded file to /media directory.
[ Devam Et … ]

i already gived permissions for 777…

safe mode is = off

but i cant install anything..

What have you given permission 777 to?
If you use joomla 1.5 you can go to Help>System Info> Directory Permissions and see if things are set correct there.
