I can not open the template manager ja_purity (this worked normally:))
when I try to open the template I get the following error: error 500 loading form file

I don’t know what to do, i need help

Not that this is the “catch all” solution . . . but when you installed your JA Purity template, what method did you use?
Quickstart? – Quickstart+Sample Data? – Template Only?

please turn off url rewrite and rename .htaccess to htaccess.txt and tell me if that fixes it.

Hi all
first thanks for your attention

I managed to fix the problem, the problem was a bug that was in the templateDetails.xml

I had failed to put a /, ups only for that character;)

hahah that will do it, glad its fixed… NORMALLY you don’t mess with templatedetails.xml
