    Hello,

    I installed JA_BRISK template at: http://www.diccionario.barcelonacreations.com/ and when I go to tempalte parameters. I can not save it. Also “Close” button does not work. I don’t know what can be happening.

    I’m using Joomla 3.0.2 and last version of template and T3V3 plugin. I don’t found any solution. Many thanks!

    Hi Turminator

    From your Admin Panel — Global Configuration — Server Tab — FTP Settings enable the ftp layer and fill all the fields with your ftp settings

    Yes, I’m using FTP layer but not fix it.

    Check better your FTP Root try to change the path, sometimes an incorrect path could cause errors

    you can verify your path from Control Panel –> System Information — Configuration File log_path – tmp_path , check if the path is the same you have configured in the FTP Root

    Many thanks for your support. When I go to Sys Info it shows this error page. Maybe will be related with my problem?

    Did you checked if you have the latest versions for template and JaT3v3 plug-in from ja_extension manager ?

    I don’t think your error is related to the template or to the JaT3V3 plug-in

    You need to check all your web hosting configuration folder and files permission included also check if all the requirements are correct like php version and mysql version the solution to your problem is there enable your debug settings and check into your log file
