Hi friends!

I can´t see the JASLIDESHOW in the position recommended (USER5).
When it is in the native position (LEFT) no problems! :((

When it is in the position USER5, and I try visualize the modules position with ´/?tp=1´ in the final of the url, I SEE THE SLIDESHOW with this note USER5 [RAW OUTLINE]

SOMEONE HELP ME?!?!?!?!

you can view index.php(templates/ja_helio folder)
you will see those lines:

<?php if ($this->countModules('user5') && $ja_right) { ?>
<!-- BEGIN: TOPSPOTLIGHT -->

</div>
<!-- END: TOPSPOTLIGHT -->

it mean that if have modules at user 5 and right position, module at user 5 will display
Do you have any module at right position publish ?

if I have 1 module assigned in the right position.

Now, I had a new problem, ja_NewMoo not appear! I had a empty module in this position!

Can you help me?

Hi,

Did you view this, using IE or firefox?

I have the problem that only in IE6 / IE7 that it is not shown, but in Firefox, its ok. FYI, I’m using Joomla v1.0.15 . Any ideas?

I am having the same problem : the user5 position exists and it visible when I make a preview inline with position but when I connect to the public frontend, it is invisible like if the position doesn’t exists !!

I noted that if there is nothing in right position the user5 disappear!
