the help there is for joomla 2.5 and i cant understand what to do on 3.4.1 !!!

Go to Components => JA Extension Manager =>

1) Click on the left menu “Configurations ”

2) Click on save

3) Click on Service manager and edit the Joomlart updates service

4) Fill in your Joomlart account ( username and password )

5) Save it and make it as the default service

Now you can update your extensions

i succifull update one item then on evry item i get this error massege :

Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.

why please ??

Check if all the items are set to make updates from Joomlart updates and not local service

If you still have problems with it, then send me via Private Message a super user account for your backend i will take a look at the component configuration.

Inside Service Manager you should click on edit and add your Joomlart username and password then save it
