Go to Components => JA Extension Manager =>
1) Click on the left menu “Configurations ”
2) Click on save
3) Click on Service manager and edit the Joomlart updates service
4) Fill in your Joomlart account ( username and password )
5) Save it and make it as the default service
Now you can update your extensions

Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.
why please ??

If you still have problems with it, then send me via Private Message a super user account for your backend i will take a look at the component configuration.
