hi i can´t update the template ja social…this is the error JInstaller: :Instalación: No se puede encontrar el archivo de configuración XML

can y help me ?? thanks

Hi gguevara86,

As JA Social template is commercial so we suggest you to use JA Extension Manager to upgrade.

Please make sure that you have configured JA Extension manager correctly.
1. In the “Service Manager” tab, you need to select “JoomlArt Updates” as the default one

2. Enter your account

3. In the “Configurations” tab, clear all values then save.

After finishing the 3 steps, you successfully configure the component.

The next step is to clear cache, please check it in the following guide.

If you don’t want to use JA Extension Manager to update JA Extension on your site, you can try to install extension manually by downloading the template on Joomlart, then install in backend >> Extensions >> Extensions Manager.
