    Hi

This message should not appear to you since you are a JATC active member

Try to clean your JAT3 cache again and also configure correctly your Joomlart account in the component

You can update Joomla and K2 component going to the Extension Manager of Joomla and check for updates available, first to check clean your cache from the icon menu on the top right
