did you configured it correctly ? it also needs of the local configuration too
Configurations — and choose a path for templates and plugins etc etc then go to service manager and try again

This message should not appear to you since you are a JATC active member
Try to clean your JAT3 cache again and also configure correctly your Joomlart account in the component

Thanks</blockquote>You can update Joomla and K2 component going to the Extension Manager of Joomla and check for updates available, first to check clean your cache from the icon menu on the top right
