Hello JoomlArt — please move this to an appropriate forum if this one is not correct.

I have subscribed to several forum threads, however I do not get email notifications when someone has replied to the thread.

I confirmed that my account information has my correct email address.

I confirmed that my account settings for subscribing to threads is “Instantly, using email”

I confirmed that my subscribed threads show up in my account profile and subscribed threads.

However, I do not get any emails when someone replies to these threads.

Is there a way to fix this? I would like to receive an email notification whenever someone replies to a thread to which I have subscribed.

    Thank you.

I have raised a support ticket for you as I cannot see anything wrong with the above. Hopefully someone with access to the back end of VB can fix this for you.

    Hi,

If you would like to get notification email(s) when there is a new post from any forum, please go to that forum >> Focus on Forum Tools menu>> Click on ‘Subscribe to this forum’ >> then select notification type as you wish.

If you would like to get notification email(s) when there is a new post from any thread, please go to that thread >> Focus on Thread Tools menu>> Click on ‘Subscribe to this thread’ >> then select notification type as you wish.

Please try again and refer to the attached files for more details. If you still fail, please get back to us with the thread url that you have done in vain for further check.

Remember to check your email box and spam box also for sure.

    Thanks.

Hope it works and feel free to let me know if I am of any further assistance.

Thank you for your reply, however this does not resolve my issue.

Yes, I would like to get notification emails when there is a new post from a thread — I have subscribed to each thread I would like to get notifications from.

Please see attached screenshot — this lists each of my thread subscription. Please note that notification type is set to “Instant” (email) for each of these.

My email server settings are set to delete spam below a minimum threshold — I am not able to see if any JoomlaArt emails were deleted this way. I do not see any JoomlaArt emails in my retained spam above the minimum threshold. I have received emails from JoomlaArt that were not marked as spam (e.g. registration emails). To verify, I have added “*@joomlart.com” to my server’s spam filter whitelist.

Here are the example threads I would like to receive email notifications for:

    Thank you.
