    I bought a JATC standard membership, but I just found I don’t have access to downloading JATC club extensions. But I need some extensions in order get the template to work properly!

    As a JATC standard member you do not have access to the extention club that is correct.

    All extentions you need for getting a template working like the template demo are included in the template download.

    Is there a specific extention you are missing?

    I am very frustrated right now. I cannot even create a thread. Please fix my problem. I paid 400++ for the developer package. I cannot download anything at all. All i get after i click the download is that i do have no rights to download! What is this!

    Please help me. I have been trying to get support from Joomlart for sometime now. I paid for the developer subscription last year July. Now when i try to download, i have no access. It has not been a year yet!

    Please fix this so i can at least download something.

    Dear Rajesh,

    I have checked the ticket you have raised and since its sunday. JA office remains closed. I shall make sure that this matter is solved the very thing in the morning. I am not sure why your access has not be auto upgraded. The system is auto and such cases are rare.

    Oh okay. yea i dont know either. I have not accessed my account for sometime. When i needed it most, then i logged in to download but unfortunately could not..

    Hi Ram,

    Because you just provided the email & username in your ticket JKO-623404, our support team could not find out reason why you had not been able to download the template.

    With our payment ID provided today, I have found out that this payment is not associated to your rheob account but another account named rheo99 which also have the same domain in emails.

    Please login using the rheo99 and your download problem will be solved. Kindly update the ticket if you wish to merge the two accounts together.

    I think the other account i had sometime ago.. jsut to take a look at the site..
    oh well guess i must have forgotten over time..
