    I felt i was cheated by joomlart,I joined joomlart Magento club and downloaded Magento template to try But found there templates is not fit my need . So i ask joomlart for money back Since Joomlart have 7 days money back, And they just refuse my money back. i’ve been send email to joomlart team every 2 days for about 8 days long, They don not reply me back,and say nothing about my Money , I feel i was cheated by joomlart :((

    I’m sorry to hear you are feeling so bad, I would have thought JA would honour a contractual thing like a 7 day money back if you applied within the 7 days, however I can’t help ask why you think the Magento template is not to your liking when the stats say you have downloaded 298 Magento templates we assume in only seven days?

    Was Magento itself as a shopping cart too complex to use effectively, I ask as I have never used Magento and just do not know how easy or diffcult it is?

    I’m sure JA will honor their word. They are good people, and have nothing to gain in keeping unsatisfied people around. But Shannon has been qutie observant. I must say it is amazing to be able to have that many downloads in so few days of something you don’t like or need.

    Thank you for your reply, I was ask joomlart the same question why i have downloaded Magento Template for 298 Times Since Joomart Has Just 16 Magento template, How could a guy Download 18 times for each template.But they didn’t Reply me. I promise i’ve download no more that 10 times for Testing ,Why the downloads datas become 298 times, That’s really puzzle me ? Then i send joomlart team email every 2days,asking whether their Website is hacked or if the webmaster has changed my download data. It’s been 8 days now.They still haven’t replied me.

    Then i would tell u why i am unsatisfied with joomlart’s mgento template, for it’s speed. First i download JM Lead template for Testing . I found It take alomost 10 seconds to load first Page,and 5~7seconnds betweent web click. It is very slow to run.
    Then i download other Magento template for testing ,Found most of the templates were very slow. Joomlart’s Magento template is not Optimizer for the speed. By the slow speed, Google would not like my website,and Customer quit my site by the slow response. That’s why i unsatisfied with Joomlart’s Magento Template.

    Well, if it is as you say, I belive you. I hope it all works out in the end, and that you find the templates taht you adn yoru customers will be happy with. Good luck!

    Thanks for your response regarding the speed of JA magento templates, it explains your position, however, did you download and use a free magento templates with data on the same server for a comparison?
    It may br your server is just slow?

    Hi danefy,

    Please note there are many other contributing factors which can cause a website to be slow. Magento is well known to be very resource heavy application so if you’re using overloaded shared hosting then that could well be the problem or at least part of it, not to mention large graphics etc.

    I really appreciate for you response. AS you say if i have use a free magento templates for comparison.YES!,You can visit any other magento site for testing the Load time And Repsonse time between web click.
    And joomlart’s demo site for testing http://magento-themes.joomlart.com/jm_lead/ (my server have no addtion domain for Testing And Just take joomlart’s demo site for compare.)

    Fisrt, I was visit joomlart’s Demo site I was though Maybe it’s slow speed by the joomlart’s server.After download many templates for testing. I begin to believe it’s the Magento template’s reason.

    The web load time is considered to be the first element for the Google search engine optimization.Without good speed ,i would not like start any website.

    I really appreciate for you response. Yes you are right . it’s the nightmare when use overloaded shared hosting .My Hosting is hosting one website. ONE Host,ONE website. As you know, Slow speed would cause low user experience.Furthermore,it would not be good for Google search engine optimization.

    Yes, i agree with you that Magento is heavy applications,But after optimizater,Magento could run faster as it be.
    But when you find On the same server, One template is run fast,But the joomlarts’ is not,What you would think?

    Hi danefy,

    We are so sorry for the inconveniences that may have caused.

    As it is abnormal that the system indicates you have downloaded up to 298 times under your Magento Personal Membership 3 months. Thus, your case is still under verification for refund.

    Anyway, we guarantee that if it is detected that your have not made rampant downloads which is considered as moneyback policy abuse and non eligible for refund, we are certain to give back all the payment to you immediately.

    The last week has been dedicated for the upgrade of our main site, thus we do not have enough time to look into the case. However, we shall check for today and get back to you soon with the right answer.

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was supposed to check the download logs for your account and verify them. Its hold up because of me.

    Its not just you, even we am equally confused for the download numbers, which reflect on your account and you say you did not download that much.

    First thing first – Dont worry about the refund issue. It would be honored, if there is no abuse. I would check the logs in the next two days.

    We all had been very busy getting the new site up and running and there is still some work left with it and thats the priority for now.

    I request for more time from you on this and i can assure you this is an isolated case of delayed response, we don’t cheat on our members trust. Your feelings are justified as we (i) did not respond back in time.

    I checked the download logs (screenshots attached).

    You have downloaded ALL AVAILABLE Magento Themes (16) files under the Magento Download section, including the source files.

    Your refund request Stand Denied.

    Reason :

    1. Download of all available files within your refund period is abuse of the privilege and breach of trust and does not fit the element of fair play.
    2. you were downloading club themes files even after submitting refund request.

    1. Only the Quickstart or template file is taken into count.
    2. Extensions files released with theme are not counted.
    2. Duplicate downloads are not counted.
    3. Free products are not counted.

    I am the magento personal member. From the my screenshot ,You can see the personal membership can download all Templates,”you can download use any avaliable templates” “Yes-download all available templates + extensions”
