January 21, 2013 at 5:49 am #184201When i goto an article and then on the right hand side to images and links section as soon as I click on the intro image select button I get 500 – An error has occurred. View not found [name, type, prefix]: images, html, mediaView. This only happened a day or so ago.
I have attached an image of what I see. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
Regards
Baz

January 23, 2013 at 3:04 am #480827Hello,
The error may come from the com_media (default component of Joomla) on your site, go to folder <blockquote>administratorcomponentscom_mediaviewsimages</blockquote> check if it exists, and compare with default folder of Joomla if there’s any missing file.
Also set file configuration.php should be writable.
The problem just happened a day ago, so i think if you did any change on your site, try to roll it back.

January 23, 2013 at 11:16 pm #480954Thankyou very much yes two files had been removed from the folder you mentioned. Which is strange. And the config file was not writable. Maybe need to update security a bit more. Appreciate your help thankyou very much
