These are the tags , You need to add the tags in the article from article manager to show them .

Also check the menu options > show Tag is set to SHOW .

kindly change the template style to default Joomla and see is the issue is also with default Joomla templates ?
If not post your site temp super user details via private reply i will check this directly on your site .

I fixed the issue directly on your site .
You can see my changes in
"/html/com_content/article/service.php" in template "ja_healthcare".
Line 57 . Now tags are appeared in Service type layouts articles .
