Hi team,
first of all the header of my website is flashing when you are moving down or up especially when i am using mobile device
second you are logged in as any user, and moving to jomsocial component, if by mistake i am going to another page except jomsocial I am getting an error "403 you are not authorizing to view this page". That error is not a server error (already checked with provider) but it is from Joomla. As an example: i am on page https://www.doitliketakemoney.gr/homsocial and by mistake go to https://www.doitliketakemoney.gr i am getting the error.
Please check and inform me what should I do in order to solver these 2 issues.
Thank you

May 12, 2017 at 8:35 am #1033518Hi,
As I can see that you’re setting the default page to ‘Guest’ user group so when you logged into site – you belong to another user group already – it will of course direct to 403 page.

May 12, 2017 at 11:53 am #1033566Hi Saquaros,
thank you for your response, indeed when i change group to Registered i stopped getting error message, but I have another defects on my website (Log in is shown as an option on JomSocial component, because after log in it redirects to JomSocial page).
What is your proposal in order not to have the error message? What group should I use?
For your information when a user reaches http://www.doitliketakemoney.gr should be asked either to register or login and after login the website should redirects to JomSocial. That’s i am needed.
Please advice as well.
Thank you and Best Regards

May 15, 2017 at 11:56 am #1034140Hi Saguaros,
the issue remains as I have my home page set as belonging to group guest. I reminds you the issue is that when changing a page i am getting the error 403 and you explained my that it is because of the group. The question is in what group should I set the home page? I did some tests and I am explaining to you in the previous post what is the problem if i set homepage as Public in order not to have 403 error.
Thank you
