In addition, is this a new problem or has it existed from the start? WHat exactly is the problem? If it is new, have you changed anything recently?

I have tested Messolite II from the quickstart and cannot find any problems in IE.

You have a lot of custom modifiacations such as your extra page up button (J2 top) and the book in the top right. There are also many other modifications to your code.

I have just installed Messolit II on my localhost end enabled ltr and arabic ant the page is displaying as it should. So at what point in your modifications did the problem occur? What version of the template are you using?
