Hi!!!

I have a problem when I try to acces in Shop submenus. When I try acces submenus (for example All categories, my account, etc.) within the menu shop, appears 404. – Error: 404 Category not found.

I installed data example with the template.

Please… Can you help me?

Hi JC,

You web-site navigation works fine with SEF URL disabled.

You may want to have a look at your .htaccess or rename it to something like .htaccess-MAYBE and replace it with the one shipped as htaccess.txt with your Joomla installation archive. Just don’t forget to rename it from htaccess.txt to .htaccess. Then turn SEF URL option back to “Yes” and test your navigation.

If it doesn’t help I would advise you try reinstall the JA Fixel Quick Start pack from the clean slate.
