I have a weird problem where the position Configuration has suddenly disappeared from the layout tab in the template manager, Also, some layout has changed, thus it is creating white spaces in pages, and the footer became 6 column (it was 3 column).

But in main page, everything including footer looks fine. Can anyone help me out why this is happening?

Hi
It might due the wrong customization did by you in the layout files . I suggest you revert you custom changes and check . Or compare the layout files with fresh package file to see the differences .
