Hi

I hope you can help me quickly 🙂 i purchased membership yesterday and installed JA Social on my subdomain http://socialsocial.tumbarumbaband.com.au ready for the release of our new cd tomorrow night and it installed fine, except no front page loads but the words “Welcome to the Frontpage” no graphics no words apart from t hat at the top of the page???

Can you help please

Sorry i meant to say that the site admin panel loads fine and i can access everything there fine

Your site link is returning with server not found error. Please check

Also, If you had installed quickstart package, I would suggest to please go through steps given here to ensure safe and prompt installation 🙂
