I have no contact listed in my components menu, this site was loaded using the quickstart so to my knowledge I did not remove it.
Can you help me put the link to it back?

Somehow this went missing, please check your latest build of the JaKranos 2.5 package. Thank you.

Hi

I have checked your site and effectively i cannot found the com_contact showed, also i have tried to create a new menu item as contact and as you can see in the main menu i have created a new item called contact this means that something happens on your site after the component creation and installation, i have also installed the quickstart version of the template on my localhost and it works as expected, at this point i can suggest to check on your db via phpmyadmin if in the table xxxxx_extensions the record com_contact exist and is enabled probably has the value on 0 and not on 1 as expected.

I have in phpmyadmin xxxx_extensions the com_contact with all in 1 and the buton for create the contacts dont apears.
Whats I can do? 🙂

Hi Martoro
I think that you remove contact admin menu from phpmyadmin. Please install a new website from joomla fresh then go to phpmyadmin copy ( insert row of contact admin menu to Biodanza site ) contact admin menu to Biodanza site.

I have the same issue.
I have not remove it from phpmyadmin and I have checked sql and it is in extensions and it is enabled.

Does anyone has already solved it?

Hi Guys
I am not sure what reason for your issue is, you must compare data base with a new website default joomla.
However, you can access contact component with type address direct as administrator/index.php?option=com_contact

Same problem here.

Normally there was a contact-tab in the “components”-menu.
But since I installed kranos-template, it dissapeared.

In the forum I found others with the same problem. Doesn*t look like a problem that occured because of our stuff we did.
More like a kranos-problem?
