Hi!

I am active until 2018. Why do you deny me access to the Ja Mood forum?

I have problems with assigning articles to categories.
In general Ja Mood is not working properly. There are several imperfections.

But I want to concentrate on what concerns me.

I’ve generated a category and several subcategories.

The subcategories:

• Pasta – ID 22
• Bovino – ID 30
• Pescados – ID 24
  -Cereales – ID 25
    They work when I assign an article.
  It does not work assignment to other subcategories.

Example: article ID 113

I assign the article to one of the subcategories mentioned above and it works.
But if I assign this article to another subcategory does not work.

Try assigning the item to subcategories ID 51 or 54 and you will see that it does not work.

Hi Carlucci,

For the access of JA Mood forum, you can try to clear browser’s cache & cookies of the web browser you’re using.

I just checked the article ID 113 and saw that it’s already assigned to Carne de cerdo category (ID: 54). Is that ok now?

Hi Seguaros! I deleted ID 113 and generated another (ID 114), but it is not displayed. Message: There are no articles in this category. In the menu, I display the items in "Video list" format, Have or not videos. In fact, some are visualized and another is not.

Press menu-item "Recetas" and you can see that the "Carne de cerdo"" category has an item.

This anomaly also happens with other categories.

I’ve made it work.
I think it’s Ja Mood’s fault.
I am using the "Videos list" format for all articles.
What do I do to get it?

If the article is a video, there is no problem at all.
If the article is not a video:
I generate first a menu item in "Blog format"   or   "Format list".
Once it works, then change the menu item to "Videos list" format.
This is my solution, there may be better solution.
I insist it is a failure of Ja Mood.

Please tell me If there is another solution.

http://punzi.es/index.php/recetas/carne-de-conejo

but they work well now.

Do not!
It does not always work!
Try a new category:
http://punzi.es/index.php/recetas/legumbres Not work!

Every time I generate a new category there are problems.
Joomlart should check the operation of the template.
It can not be that every time I generate a category does not work.
I have to do aerobic until I get to the correct functioning.
I’m wasting a lot of time and money with this template.
If it still does not work I must change to another.
Although Ja Mood I like.

You’ll see that it works. But with another type of menu item.
Sometimes it works, but I do not know under what circumstances.

Are you building multilingual site? If so, pls make sure that you assign article / category / menu item to each language specific first.
