Have you installed ja tooltip plugin in your site ?
About code is code for using tooltip so You need install JA tooltip in your site and make sure that it is enabled.

I used the installation fast and tooltip is installed, as there is on the home page is another link that uses tooltip and running.

we must not forget that we are here in a module on the right, and not in an article.

what i can change ?
