I have installed the quickstart and started updating the pages with my own content and at one point everything messed up and the JA Twitter module at the right side bar have gone down the content and whatever I do with the help of guides in the forums, its of no help. Pls. guide me to solve the issue.

at the same time it works fine in article view mode

I think it is because of the div tags inside the articles. When I reformatted the content, the problem automatically disappeared. But not sure it’s permanently solved.
