I got cissp in skype and his main problem was solved last night by Tienhc… the site was / is pretty much screwed up and it took over 2 hrs for tienhc to figure it out and fix it. Nothing related to JA Template, the code was messed up.
He has voluntarily deleted his own comment above.
The site was working well before and then stopped working… how do one blame the template for that? Its standard and recommended practice to take backup and keep track of updates to the site, so that they can be undone if required.
@questb, I agree, clear info on issues faced along with willingness to provide details / login info can really help the support to provide efficient and faster support.
Well, its settled for now. The site still seems to have other problems, I have asked him to come to forums for the same.
